North America's premiere equine conference has moved to Sherwood Park, Alberta!
The Alberta Horse Conference (formerly the Horse Breeders and Owners Conference) is held each January in Alberta, and features internationally recognized speakers on a wide range of topics of interest to horse owners, breeders and professionals.

The trade show features over 50 equine businesses and organizations and is included with registration. It is open from Friday at 7pm until Sunday at 2:30 pm.

Schedule
The conference begins with a Reception in the Agora Hall at 7:00 on Friday evening and is FREE to attend. The first session starts at 8:30 am Saturday morning. Saturday will feature technical sessions, as well as live demonstrations in the afternoon at Ash Bren Farms. Live demonstrations are included with your registration fee and include complimentary shuttle service to and from the farm. Be sure to join us Saturday evening for "Cowboy Dinner" (*extra $45/person) at Festival Place which includes a technical presentation. Registration opens at 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday at 7:30 am and Sunday at 8:00 am.

On Highway #2 heading North
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for AB-216/Anthony Henday Drive
Continue onto Wye Rd/AB-630 E approximately 16.5 km. Take Sherwood Dr to Festival Lane approximately 3.7 km
Strathcona County Community Centre is on your right between Festival Way and Festival Ave on Festival Lane.
- From Edmonton
From East Edmonton, get onto 82 Ave NW E and Continue onto AB-100 E approximately 8 km
Keep left to continue on Sherwood Park Fwy NW E/Wye Rd/AB-100 E/AB-630 E. Turn left onto Sherwood Dr approximately 1.7 km
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Sherwood Dr Take Sherwood Dr to Festival Lane approximately 3.7 km
